LIVERPOOL - "CAPITAL OF CULTURE 2008"

One of the more unusual attractions for visitors to Liverpool this year is the
site of the new Canal linking the North and South Docks, which crosses the
Pier Head. It is due to be open for boaters by Spring 2009. See this article
