Membership Matters

A new scheme for giving to charity through the tax return started in April 2004. People who complete a Self Assessment tax return will be able to nominate a charity to receive all or part of any repayment due to them. Lists of participating charities together with an identification code will be shown on the Inland Revenue website. SCARS has joined the scheme so if anyone would like to nominate the Society to receive a tax repayment then please enter JAG39UG on your tax return and the Inland Revenue will do the rest.
