At the National Waterways Festival on the Thames at Beale Park over the August Bank Holiday, officials of the Waterway Recovery Group are congratulated by TV personality John Craven on achieving the halfway mark in their "Right Tools for the Job" Appeal - with the help of the £250 SCARS was giving them.
