NEW WATERWAYS’ HISTORY INITIATIVE



In the last issue of CUTTINGS, a preliminary notice was given of the "Waterways History Conference" planned for Manchester in October. Thanks once again to the Internet, and to Mike Clarke, we are able to give details of the proposed programme for that event.
